Pipelabs is a control panel that sends jobs to AI generation software running on your own server. All generation happens on your server; Pipelabs does not generate content.

Stored copies. When a job finishes, your server sends Pipelabs a copy of the result (character images, reference boards, environment images, clips and exported videos) so your work survives your server being stopped or destroyed. Copies are private to your account and stored with Cloudflare R2. Clips and exported videos are deleted automatically after 60 days; images are kept until you delete the character or environment. Each account can store up to 50 GB; when it is full, new files are not saved to Pipelabs but remain on your server. Deleting a character, environment or scenario deletes its stored copies. Keep your own backups of anything you want to keep.

Images you upload (for example a character’s base image) are stored the same way and must follow the Acceptable Use Policy: fictional adults only, never a real person. You must not store content that is illegal or breaks the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove stored content and suspend accounts that do, and we respond to valid legal requests and takedown notices.

You are responsible for your server, your generated content, and for complying with the rules of any platform where you publish it.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and include a 3-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Passes paid with crypto are prepaid for a fixed period (1, 3 or 12 months), are added to any time you have left, and do not renew automatically.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranty. We may suspend accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
